Laura Topor is president of Granada Health, Inc., a Minnesota-based consulting firm. Ms. Topor has over 25 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management, payer and provider operations, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and strategic planning. She has worked with the Minnesota Department of Health, PharmaSmart, BenMedica, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Allina Health, HealthPartners, and Diversified Pharmaceutical Services. She is an active member of National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP), Minnesota Pharmacists Association, and the Minnesota eHealth Initiative. At NCPDP, Ms. Torpor has served as a member of the Board of Trustees, work group co-chair, and on numerous committees and task groups. She currently serves as co-chair of NCPDP's Specialty Pharmacy Work Group and was appointed to AMCP's Specialty Pharmacy Advisory Group and their HIT Advisory Council.
