Legal Day

Legal Day

This unique 1-day conference, held on Monday, September 14, 2020, is intended for general counsel and in-house counsel for national and regional specialty pharmacies, practicing attorneys in healthcare law, compliance officers, and other healthcare executives concerned with the legal and regulatory requirements and extraordinary complexities of owning and operating a specialty pharmacy. We are pleased to welcome back Jeffrey S. Baird, JD, Chairman of the Health Care Group of Brown & Fortunato, PC, as this year’s conference chair and announce Ronald W. Lanton III, Esq., Principal at Lanton Law, as co-chair.

Each session will be presented by a panel of legal healthcare experts who will offer a comprehensive and cohesive view of the specialty pharmacy relationships with payers, referral sources, pharmacy employees, pharma, regulatory agencies, and investors.

This program will offer continuing legal education credit and pharmacist continuing education credit. Attendees will earn 7 to 8 hours of continuing legal education credits based on jurisdiction.
